• Up to 3 days before the boarding date

10% cancellation fee

Up to 2 days before the boarding date

20% cancellation fee

Up to 1 day before the boarding date

30% cancellation fee

After the boarding date

• In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or adverse weather conditions, that make bus operation difficult, we will provide advance notice and offer a full refund.
• The cancellation policy may be changed with prior notice under the company's policy.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 days from the cancellation date (within 2 days for bank transfers and debit cards, within 5 days for credit cards).
